Probably obvious from the title, this is a special end screen only used in a demo version of the game. After finishing the second stage, the demo displays this screen, before resetting back to the title screen. While unused in the full game for obvious reasons, all of the graphical data for this screen still exists in the full game (in fact, I think the demo is just a full copy of the entire game, just with all but 2 stages and the title screen rendered inaccessible) |

i wouldn’t call this a bootleg per-se — twin eagles group (the people who made this) was more of a hacking group than a bootlegging operation, and they were also pretty involved in the demoscene from what i recall. |
