I just checked and don't seem to have any record of it ever existing. Are you sure you submitted it? And if so, are you sure it was accepted? The only logical conclusion I can make is that it was rejected and that the PM failed to send due to a bug I hadn't fixed until recently.

@nintenchris5963: Eventually. I'm going to be essentially re-ripping Reimu's sprites first since the current sprite sheet is from the demo, and doesn't include a bunch of animations.

@Lunabunneh: There's barely anything that can be considered "sprites" in that game, and there isn't exactly an easy way to get them either.
