Some of the enemies that have appeared since April 2018 have been extracted from screenshots.(excluding those used on the SNES and GBA).
There may be errors because of manual extraction.

The source of the enemies that appear is based on Wiki, gameplay videos, and notes from when I played the game at the time, and there are no sprites or game files.
Most of the IDs are arranged in the order of implemented events, the numbering of the original work, and Japanese, and the names of the enemies presented match the conditions of that ID.
However, we believe that some IDs are blank for other reasons.

Do you have any ripped sprites that are labeled with these numbers in the game files?
There are several enemies that are repeated, but I haven't found a source that mentions the ones you mentioned here as definitely being included in the game.
You thought is that these are the enemies that have duplicates that have not been implemented, and the numbers are based on them being groups with other sprites from the same game?

It is likely that most enemies with blank IDs share graphics.
Based on the order of the IDs, I believe 1414 is Smoldering Dragon from FF14, 1444 is Pteryx from FF10, 1497 is Mandragora from FF10, 1555 is Tanket from FF10, 1560 is Focalor from FF12, 1562 is Rain Dancer from FF12, 1619 is regular Agartoise from The After Years, 1631 is Vorban from FF10, and 1634 is Kottos from FF10.

It looks like your sprites are limited to about March 2018, so about eight months before shutdown.
I have started to make a list of missing sprites based on screenshots and videos
This is the list I have started, i plan to add a tab for enemies missing from the wiki.

@syphersephir Nope, I got them all from different apk versions. We probably could get more of them if the 1.X versions were still available somewhere (I found some of them like 1.9, 1.8 and 1.7, but not the first releases)

@NonStop These are great there are several that I am missing. I still see some that are in Japanese screenshots that are not present.
Did you pull this from app data before the shutdown? Is there anymore unorganized data like Premium Abilities, usually marked "Abi_Prem"
I will sort them out and get them uploaded as soon as I can.

I think there might be a few playable character sprites that are currently missing according to the "Memoria Illustrations" (https://www.spriters-resource.com/mobile/pictlogicafinalfantasy/sheet/232316/) section.

There are about 130 Memoria illustrations that are not on this page, with the 20 extra included in the 3DS version (Not including FFVI Gogo, who seems to be the only character unique to the 3DS version) there are still about 110 that are not currently on the site.
I'll upload a zip of 325 of just the illustrations (including about 6 duplicates with altered art marked with an "e"), if later I can find their sprites I'll update them (some may have not been obtainable at EoL)
These are all the lower resolution versions pulled directly from the app data, I have higher resolution illustrations that were used in announcements on the SE news site, but as far as I can tell were not used in-game.

Isn't there more according to the Wiki (Which still lacks the file for Ceodore's block portrait for whatever reason) Also the ones looking at the front are staring at my soul.

Yeah @Dark_Ansem, that is an issue with how i am making these transparent. That is also why I haven't uploaded missing characters.
I will get around to fixing it sometime soon.

@syphersephir is there a transparency issue with your uploads? some parts, like in FFVIII enemy pandemona and the bite bug appear to be transparent when they're not supposed to be?

I have ripped all of the 3DS sprites, but I have about 8 sprites that I can not place in any game.
