This is the first game appearance of a bipedal Koopa Troopa.
Most Koopa Troopas from then on would walk on two feet, but some would still retain their quadrupedal nature.

We didn't really need two of Grass Land, since it's the same in both releases

These credits are somehow useful; they teach you that crouching with the hammer suit protects you from fireball projectiles, the tanooki suit's statue form ignores enemy collision (Seen in the form of the praying koopa), and the frog suit's current-passing capabilities.

You can also see what appears to be a tutorial on how to avoid the (at the time) new bro projectiles. Fire Bro fireballs and Boomerang Bro. boomerangs are best avoided with a jump, unlike Hammer Bro. hammers, which encourage staying grounded. This simple exploit is most evident in New Super Mario Bros. U, where there's two entire challenge courses centered around the simple, yet difficult strategy used to combat Fire Bro. fire balls under a stressful situation:https://www.mariowiki.com/Fire,_Bro! and https://www.mariowiki.com/Seriously!_Fire,_Bro!

Sledge Bros. require a mix of these strategies, as the quick hammers, in combination with the stunning ground-pounds force the player to never stop moving.

Glad they kept the original US names in future releases, because the right-hand ones are seriously unimaginative (in the sense that anything's better than everything being called "____ land").

You forgot the original US version! (they have different names for the worlds i.e. original US: Desert Hill ER/US: Desert Land)
