This sheet is ass but I feel like it should stay on here as some sort of time capsule as to how ripping was back then.

It just shows how hard it is to rip back then. They weren't as many options back in the early 2000s and lucky that the emulator worked. Since we use SNES as an example, do not recall any tile viewing options until bsnes (or the vsnes tool) and knowledge of using TileLayerPro wouldn't have been great. That's also assuming that the ROM isn't compressed. So your option would have been screen capturing from an emulator but the ripper didn't even do that... "The great all-powerful Xitus" would have been ashamed and embarrassed now, that's if the person is still alive.
Probably had this been done just a couple of years later, it would have been rejected on the spot for using a website as a source rather than an emulator/ripping tool/special game tool. Even as early as 2005/2006 when standards started to get better.

@not_a_cultist_ I can't really blame anyone. This sprite sheet's ID is 1718. How old can that be? 2003?

Something tells me this section will be getting an overhaul soon.

Should I upload the tiles I ripped via SMILE? They're messy since they're exactly how SMILE arranges them, but at the same time they're not screenshot-ripped JPEGs.

Who ripped the bottom tiles? They have a much better quality than the top ones, so i'm assuming a different person ripped those, but there are no credits anywhere.

I actually do have a newer tile rip, but it still uses the layout from SMILE, is quite large, and in general could be hard to use. It is accurate and complete, though.
Edit: Also it doesn't have animated tiles. Not a huge problem though considering I know how to rip said animated tiles.

"Great and powerful Xitus" ripped tiles from screenshots which were probably jpegs. I know this is old, but come on...
